Delegates at our Unifor Constitutional Convention in August unanimously adopted a resolution supporting the Global Climate Week of Action taking place from September 20 to 27, 2019. Sixteen-year old Greta Thunberg from Sweden and young people from around the world are inspiring a global movement for collective action on climate change, by using one of the oldest union tools: they are going on strike. Please join Unifor members at the Global Climate Strike Rally and March this Friday, and fight for collective action on climate change.
